CAPITAL PROJECTS PLANNING COMMITTEE

This committee was formed in March of 2006 and has been given the following charge: (a) To define what constitutes a Capital Project in the Town of Pownal, (b) To identify all Capital Projects that the Town can anticipate for at least 15 years, (c) To determine possible funding schemes for the above-names projects, (d) To recommend to the Selectmen the funding schemes they develop.
