Another workshop has been scheduled to continue revising the Marijuana Ordinance. This is scheduled for February 25th, 2019 at 6:00pm held in Mallett Hall.

Another workshop to discuss the construction of this ordinance has been scheduled for February 11th, 2019 at 6:30pm held in Mallet Hall.

The Town of Pownal's Board of Selectmen is in the process of designing an ordinance to regulate the legal cultivation of marijuana within town lines. On January 28th, 2019, the board will be holding a workshop to start the process of constructing the first draft of this ordinance. A diverse set of references will be used to help guide them in formulating this ordinance so that it works for the Town of Pownal and it's residents.
