Town Clerk
The Town Clerk performs all duties and exercises all powers incumbent upon or invested in Town Clerks by State Law. The duties include:
- Attests Town Codes & Ordinances
- Maintains Town Records
- Attends and Prepares for town meetings
- Supervises elections
- Validates official documents
- Issues marriage licenses
- Maintains records of Births, Deaths and Marriages
- Notary services
- Keeps record of meeting minutes.
