DESCRIPTION:The Pownal Board of Selectmen will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 4th, 2017 at 7 PM in the Dewitt Room of Mallett Hall, 429 Hallowell Road, Pownal, Maine on the following item: Item #1 – Proposed extension of the Town of Pownal Moratorium Ordinance on Retail Marijuana Establishments and Retail Marijuana Social Clubs. Note:   The proposed extension would extend the Moratorium enacted on June 19th, 2017 and presently expires on December 15th, 2017.  The proposed extension would expire on June 13th, 2018.
