You won’t be required to wear a dress or a suit and tie. You don’t need to have encyclopedic knowledge of Robert’s Rules of Order or the State Constitution. Select Board is very much a learn-on-the-job position. An interest in having a positive impact on the community can be the cornerstone of effective service.
