Planning Board Public Hearing Notice

The Pownal Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing for the Proposed Stetson Farm Conservation Subdivision, located on the property designated as Map 1, Lot 6, between Brown and Poland Range Roads. The Owner James Cram is proposing to create 10 lots from the existing 124.5 acres.  Project plans can be viewed on the Pownal Town website.
