Planning Board Site Walk - Stetson Farm Conservation Subdivision
When:The Pownal Planning Board will be holding a site walk inspection at the property located between Brown and Poland Range Roads, Map 1, Lots 4,5 and 6. The Stetson Farm Conservation Subdivision Owner James Cram is proposing to create approximately 22 lots from the existing 134.8 acres. Project plans can be viewed on the Pownal Town website.
Please meet across the street from 220 Brown Road, parking behind the barn. As parking is limited, car pooling is encouraged.
