The Assessors Agent Donna Hays has regular office hours. Need to speak with her? She will be in the office on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month.

The Select Board serves as the Town's Board of Assessors. The Board of Assessor's are supported by an Assessing Agent - Donna Hays that is contracted by the Board to complete field work and assist in putting together the annual property tax commitment.

Property Cards are now online and can be viewed/printed by clicking here. Simply find the map and lot number, click your cursor on the desired property and choose the tax card information. If you need further assistance with a property card, please email your request to Pascale Delsol at deputyClerk@pownalmaine.org.
