Town Clerk

The Town Clerk performs all duties and exercises all powers incumbent upon or invested in Town Clerks by State Law. The duties include:

  • Attests Town Codes & Ordinances
  • Maintains Town Records
  • Attends and Prepares for town meetings
  • Supervises elections
  • Validates official documents
  • Issues marriage licenses
  • Maintains records of Births, Deaths and Marriages
  • Notary services
  • Keeps record of meeting minutes.
